Our kaupapa is preventing māmā from experiencing perinatal distress and providing critical support, connection, and community to women struggling with postnatal depression, anxiety, OCD, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

In-person Support Groups
Where: Lifezone Church, 7 Oak Lane, Judea, Tauranga 10am-1pm.
What’s involved: Meditation, breathwork to start, then group sharing, learning about ongoing wellness and services in the community to support māmā. Childcare is provided within the same space. Tea/coffee and baking is provided.
How many people: Maximum of 8 māmā attend, so registration is essential but no commitment to attend, come when you can and need support.
When: last Monday of the month
* Please note : We hire the space at Lifezone church because it is a lovely space with plenty of parking and is secure for toddlers so mama can relax. We are not affiliated with the church.
Online Support Groups
Where: Via ZOOM
What’s involved: Meditation, breathwork to start, then group sharing, learning about ongoing wellness and services in the community to support māmā.
How many people: usually smaller groups 2-5 māmā Registration is essential but no commitment to attend, come when you can and need support.
When: rotational weekday mornings, 10-11.30am
