Services
Our kaupapa is providing critical support, connection, education and community to women experiencing perinatal distress or challenges in motherhood. We acknowledge the weight of the changes that can often come with becoming a mother and want to ensure that mothers feel valued, supported and heard.

In-person Support Groups
What’s involved: We start each group with a gentle check in, grounding practice & housekeeping before getting into the theme for that session. We invite the group to share, if it feels right for them, ways in which they experience and cope with each topic. This approach acknowledges that everyone brings unique experiences and value to the group for collaborative sharing.
After group discussions we break for morning tea and enjoy some delicious baking from the Good Bitches Baking, and some tea or coffee that is also provided. During this time we allow for natural connections to take place as connection and community are pillars of good wellbeing. This is also the time to chat with our facilitators if you would like some more individual support.
We then gently gather back together to briefly talk about key takeaways from the session and do a final check in with the māmās.
Childcare is provided within the same space from our amazing volunteers. Tea/coffee and morning tea is provided.
Registration to the sessions is optional, if you would prefer to just rock up we would love to have you. We just may need to grab a few details for our recordkeeping.
It is FREE to attend our groups and everything shared is confidential. We want this to be a safe space of honesty and connection.
